The following are some helpful resources for the Blessed 2 Bless Network:
Books
Reggie McNeal. The Missional Rennaisance: Changing the Scorecard for the Church. San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 2009.
One of the stories in this book is what inspired me to start the Blessed 2 Bless Network. I have posted a link to my other blog regarding that story below.
Leonard Sweet. So Beautiful: Divine Design for Life and the Church. Colorado Springs: David C. Cook Publishing Company, 2009.
Dr. Sweet’s book is filled with pearls of missional wisdom. You may have to adapt a bit to his poetic and playful style but the book reads like wisdom literature for missional Christians. Chapters are built around the important threads of church as missional, relational and incarnational.

Here are a couple of things I’ve written at my James 24:7 blog site. (http://www.jim-street.com) They are reflections on some of Reggie McNeal’s ideas.

Here are a couple of Reggie McNeal speeches that he delivered to the “One Thing” conference of the Reformed Church in America. I believe the speeches were delivered in early 2009. He advocates the “Blessing Strategy” and tells a couple of stories regarding the ways people have embraced his stories. In addition to being very informative and inspiring, they are very funny! The story that inspired the formation of the Blessed 2 Bless Network starts the second video.

The second set of videos, which I highly recommend to anyone who is new to the missional conversaton, are by Michael Frost. Dr. Frost is an Australian missiologist who has written and or co-written several important books. He often writes with fellow Aussie missiologist Alan Hirsch.
These two video were delivered in 2007 to the Presbyterian Global Fellowship gathering. I have used them in retreat settings and have also developed small group material around them. However, the Presbyterian Global Fellowship has the official material to be used with the videos.
